• Please note in email subject line if you would like to sign up as a Performer, Host, or Both.

• If you would like to host, include your address in your email. Please also let us know if you are able to provide any euipment such as a PA system, amplification, EZ ups, etc.

• Performers please include a brief description of your music, a website, and any other pertinent information.
